Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PULLUNDR, Darinka Radenkovic-Schutkin, Finsterwalderstr. 5A, 83071 Stephanskirchen, ciao@pullundr.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via e-mail).

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery), within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent the goods back.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
