General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts, pre-orders and services offered by PULLUNDR, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

All products presented on our website are non-binding. Pre-orders and crowdfunding pledges do not represent a guaranteed delivery until explicitly confirmed by us. Minor variations in color, material, or design may occur due to production processes and are not considered defects.

Prices are stated in Euro (EUR) including applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout. Payments are due immediately at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are shown during the ordering process.

Delivery dates are indicative and subject to availability, production schedules, or crowdfunding success. Delays due to force majeure (e.g., supply chain disruptions, strikes, pandemics) shall not constitute grounds for claims. Risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Exceptions: custom-made or personalized items. You must return goods at your own expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of profits is excluded.

All content on our website, including designs, images, and texts, is protected by intellectual property rights. Use without prior written permission is not allowed.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (see our privacy policy].

These General Terms & Conditions (GTC) are governed by the laws of Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for business customers shall  be the registered office of PULLUNDR in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim District, Germany.

If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order shall apply.
