Return Policy
Each PULLUNDR piece is individually knitted on demand and made especially for you. As part of our slow-fashion approach and commitment to conscious production, all orders are considered custom made and are therefore non-returnable.
Exceptions apply only in the case of genuine quality issues, such as defective seams, holes, or manufacturing faults. If this happens, please contact us and we will carefully review your request.
Shipping Information
All pieces from the Amalfi Collection are available exclusively during the pre-order period from May 8 until July 31. During this time, all orders are collected before production begins.
Each piece is knitted on demand and carefully crafted after the pre-order window closes. Shipping for this collection is expected by the end of August.
Delivery is free of charge for all customers and shipped via postal service / DHL within the European Union only.
